Our founding team combined backgrounds in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation across private and public sectors.

01 · The gap

The gap we discovered

The organisations most affected by regulatory complexity, geopolitical shifts, and innovation pressure are also the ones with the least time to process information. Strategic planning teams spend weeks gathering data that arrives too late to change a decision. The gap between what is happening and what leaders know about it has a cost that rarely gets measured.

02 · The turning point

The turning point

The founding team worked across different impacted by regulation: financial services, with experience in consulting and digital product; and public administration, where members led some of Portugal's most transformational projects. Initiatives such as the Citizen card and the e-ID, the one-stop shop model for public services, BUPi, the national land registry platform, recognised by the OECD and Stanford as an innovative and sustainable public policy. And the reform of the justice system, including the first GovTech programme for justice, which introduced AI and generative AI to improve service delivery, efficiency, accessibility, and transparency.
The same challenge appeared everywhere: the right intelligence was essential for better decisions.
